Molecule Contracts

Depending on the nature of the Client's service contract with Omni Energy, the latter may optionally take charge of advising and / or giving the consultancy to evaluate and contract the best options of the open market regarding the supply of Natural Gas molecules, either national or imported.

To carry out this evaluation, our experts value not only the price at the point of injection of the molecule, but also weigh the availability of the same according to the supplier, as well as the feasibility of transportation in the national transport systems or the United States of America, with the purpose of guaranteeing its use once the volume reserved for the client is labeled.

The basis of contracting the molecule could be a combination of firm and flexible bases, in order to optimize the total supply cost, depending on the consumption profile.

Our company will ensure compliance with the Official Mexican Standard on Gas Quality and will do all the proceedings on behalf of the client before the Suppliers, to enforce it.

The brokerage of the molecule is automatic, at the signing of the service contract.   

Transportation and Distribution Contracts

The Transportation and Distribution services within the National System of Transport and Storage of Natural Gas (SISTRANGAS), the National System of Gas Pipelines and Private Pipelines within Mexico, the Intra and Inter state transport systems within the US, as well as the distribution networks of the operating companies in the different regions of the Mexican Republic, are the interlocutors with whom Omni Energy negotiates on behalf of the client.

As the costs of Primary Transportation and Distribution, regulated by nature, our company will add value by establishing the best capacity reserve strategy according to the customer's consumption profile, to guarantee on the one hand the firm capacity up to the Maximum Quantity Daily or that the client states as more convenient according to their production plans.

Additionally and as part of the services provided by the energy reform, our company will be in a position to negotiate Asset Management Agreements (AMA's) with key players in the market, to optimize short or long capacity positions.

The brokerage of the Conduct, is automatic to the signing of the service contract.

Connection Agreements

As part of the integral services for the Consulting and Consulting in the supply of Gas Natural, Omni Energy will manage, at the customer's choice, the interconnection works with the Primary Transport or Distribution systems.

Whether a Standard or Non-Standard Connection to the operator's distribution network in the city, ie a physical or conventional interconnection to the Primary Transport system or pipeline, Omni Energy will be responsible for monitoring the suitability of the interconnection contracts, the relevance of the engineering services agreements and the review of the executive projects of the suppliers, on behalf of the client.

CPPA’s (Power Purchasing Agreements)

Omni Energy provides a comprehensive service as it will deal with the generation plants directly or through the Electric Service Providers.

Qualified elected, and will analyze the products available in the market to provide the optimal rate for their customers.

The brokerage of the generator's energy will be done automatically, upon signing the contract of intermediation services by the client.

Qualified Electrical Supply

The client will not have to operate directly in the market since Omni Energy will be responsible for delivering all the products that it requires, through the intermediation contracts signed with players participating in the Wholesale Electricity Market.

The Omni Energy support staff has extensive experience in the Mexican electricity market. You can be sure that the proposals of electrical supply will be perfectly documented and validated before its delivery for the customer's review.

The intermediation (brokerage) of energy, power, CELs and MEM services will be done automatically, upon signing the contract of intermediation services by the client.

Analysis of Load Factor and Consumption Profile

In order to provide our customers with an understanding of the Molecule purchase model and the Transportation and Distribution reserve in the Natural Gas Conduction systems, Omni Energy will invariably develop an analysis of the customer's consumption profile that will clearly illustrate the Suggested strategy of purchasing products for delivery at the point of delivery.

Alternatively, this analysis can be carried out independently and without a mediation contract, at the request of the client and at a minimum cost. (See www.omnitotalsystem.com).

In the same way and with the purpose of explaining the purchase strategy in the matter of electricity supply, Omni Energy offers its customers the load audit of each of its facilities.

For the delivery of this service, our company only requires to obtain in advance from its customers, the receipts of the last 12 months of its Natural Gas Supplier or of any alternative fuel that it currently has, and / or the receipts of 12 months of the current Electric Power supplier.

On-site Energy Audit

This service by Omni Energy is an additional step to the Load Factor Analysis and / or Consumption Profile mentioned above, since it involves a series of pre-designed tasks for on-site evaluation of the use of Natural Gas and / or Electricity, with the purpose of creating a map of potential optimization opportunities in its use.

It is important to note that any results of the audit are previously validated at the floor level, before finally being considered as a potential contributor to the future savings of the facility.

A report of findings is established and a proposed action plan is extended with an economic proposal for its implementation vs the savings that will be generated.

This service is 'stand alone' and therefore is not part of the management contract for the supply of Natural Gas and / or Electricity.

In addition, Omni Energy is in a position to offer, through Associated companies in the supply of services, the evaluation and preparation for the Certification in energy efficiency.

The coverage of gas prices is a very important tool in times of high price volatility and very profitable when it is established in times of stability and low prices. It presents great benefits not only for the certainty that it generates, but also for the savings over time in the face of a growing prospect in the international prices of Natural Gas. Industries that produce commodities such as electricity, food in large volumes, etc., necessarily depend on this type of instruments in their different versions: Swing, Tunnel, Roof, Fixed, etc.

Calibration of Natural Gas Meters

Omni Energy integrates a series of advisory and consulting services, as well as intermediation, to round out its solutions offer. One of these services is the calibration of Natural Gas meters, where our company directly manages the most appropriate supplier to uninstall, clean, calibrate and re-install the meter, either mechanical or electronic, in its original place.

The calibration of the equipment is done in laboratories fully certified by the EMA and the proof of the tests carried out is extended.

The intermediation (brokerage) of the service of Calibration of Meters, is done separately by signing the respective service contract.

Billing in MXP

One of the main demands of our clients is to have the possibility of establishing contracts and receiving their electricity bills, quoted in national currency. That is why our company, concerned about giving the level of certainty to its customers, regarding energy prices in the short and medium term, has established a scheme through recognized and stable financial brokers, to cover the obligations in US Dollars in Mexican Pesos.

The costs associated with this coverage will depend on the stability in the exchange horizon, the volume of the operation, the term of the contract and, of course, the 'premium' established by the risk taking by the financial operator. Omni Energy will be responsible for making the appropriate financial runs, reviewing the corresponding intermediation contracts and monitoring until the closing of the operation.

The brokerage of the Coverage service in Mexican Pesos is done separately by signing the respective service contract.

Real-time Measurement of Electric Consumption

Omni Energy counts among its sister companies (See www.omnitotalsystem.com) and / or among its associated companies, with a real-time measurement solution for electrical consumption per consumption section.

This solution is widely used by plants, corporate buildings and shopping centers, to detect at the moment the areas of higher consumption, atypical or inadequate consumption, etc., of electric power.

Simple installation, requires only the installation of patented hardware in the electrical distribution board, according to the number of sections in which it is divided, hence an application that has previously been installed on the client's computers, reports in real time the consumptions per section, in a fully editable data sheet.

This solution can bring great savings in the electric bill, by evidencing points of excessive consumption or where there should not be such consumption.
